Napier Gold Plated Hoop Clip on Earrings. These vintage earrings were made in 1980 and have a pat number of 4,188,799 stamped along with Napier. They did test 10k gold plated per acid test and are in great condition for its age. They are a twist to tighten back that clips on to the ear.
